Go Behind the VFX of Ant-Man & the Wasp

When it comes to shrinking humans for the big screen, we’ve come a long way from the days of Honey I Shrunk the Kids. So how, exactly, do they do it? What goes into shrinking, growing and shrinking a character within the span of a few seconds as they’re flying through the air and punching a guy in the jaw?

DNEG VFX Supervisor Alessandro Ongaro has the answers and tonight, he’ll be sharing them at Small Heroes, Big Effects: Behind the VFX of Ant-Man & the Wasp.

The presentation kicks off at 7PM (doors at 6:30PM) at the Roundhouse Community Centre. Online ticket sales are now closed but tickets will be available for sale at the door for $12. We take cash and credit.

When: Today, August 23 @ 7:00 pm (doors open at 6:30 pm)
Admission: $12 at the door // Cash and credit
Admission includes GST.
