SPARK FX 2019 Starts Today
SPARK FX kicks off at 7 pm tonight with the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse presentation. Though it is sold out, a limited number of rush tickets will be available at the venue prior to the presentation.
Rush tickets will be released once passholders and ticket holders are seated on a first-come-first-serve basis. Rush line will be set up at 6 pm.
Looking to get your hands on a full conference or day pass? All passes are still available for online purchase until midnight tonight.
Conference attendees will also have the chance to win a variety of prizes including a one year Isotropix Indie Licence (valued at $999) as well as one of three Substance Indie Annual licenses (valued at $500).

Doors will open at 8 am tomorrow and the first presentation will begin promptly at 9 am. Please allow yourself enough time to pick up your pass. To move through the line quickly, have your ID ready.
In addition to the regular conference programming taking place on Track 1, there is also free programming available on Track 2.
Attendees of the ”Texture Workflows in Mari” will be entered to win access to over $10,000 worth of software from Foundry while those who attend the "Making Muscular Characters" workshop will be entered to win over $500 worth of Ziva prizes.
The workshops are taking place at Emily Carr in Rennie Hall. Registration for these free sessions is open until midnight tonight. Drop-ins welcome at the door.

Driving to the conference this weekend? There are plenty of parking options around Emily Carr but conference attendees can take advantage of complimentary free parking in ECU Lot #1 (see location map).
Complimentary parking is only available in ECU Lot #1. If you are parking in any of the other lots, please take note of the limitations and/or parking fees.
